I support people and organisations on two levels: as a Talent Management consultant and as a coach working with the subconscious mind.
For more than ten years I’ve been developing leaders and key talent in international companies, designing programmes, running assessments, coaching individuals and partnering with HR and business leaders on their talent decisions. Over time I kept seeing the same pattern: even strong people and well-designed processes reach their limits when inner blocks take over: fear of change, self-doubt, chronic stress or quiet self-sabotage.
That’s why I combine my background in Business Psychology and Corporate Talent Management with modern methods such as hypno-coaching.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m a mum of one, recharging with my family and coffee walks around Bonn, and working in English, German and Russian with clients across Europe.
